Descripción de la oferta de trabajo

1. In charge of the daily agenda of the operations and management department.
2. Carry out legal procedures, sending documents to lawyers, clients, national and international suppliers.
3. Have control of the clients managed by management.
4. Open bank accounts and other documentation related to the operation and management area.
5. You must speak English and have vehicles.
6. Attend meetings where management requires it.
7. Manage invoices, inventories and close relationships with accountants and auditors.
8. Among other tasks related to the area and leadership.
9. Have an idea of ​​how legal documentation is handled in Panama.
