Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in the restaurant sector as well as management experience
Very good knowledge of German & English (spoken and written), other foreign languages are an advantage
knowledge of USPH
Business knowledge and the ability to handle numbers
Resilience, reliability and hands-on mentality
Structured and organized way of working
Proficient in MS Office, Crunchtime and Rescom
