Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general bookkeeping duties, including data entry, account reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
• Manage order entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all incoming orders.
• Handle source document filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records.
• Provide office administration support, including managing office supplies, answering phone calls, and assisting with customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to improve office processes and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
• Bilingual English and Spanish (required)
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
